Perfect for: aligning breath with body, grounding emotions

  • Breathe in: lengthen the spine
  • Breathe out: melt into safety

Now let me be real—reflection time.

I used to be disconnected from my body. I saw movement as a chore, not a ceremony.

But when I stopped forcing and started feeling… My mat became my altar. My dance became my exhale. My body stopped fighting me—and started freeing me.
