Finding Yourself Again

A blog for the woman who feels like she’s lost her fire and is finally ready to come back home to herself.

Under the expectations. Under the versions of you that played small to survive. Under the weight of always having to be “the strong one.”

And somewhere in all that performing, people-pleasing, and pretending… you lost her. The real you.

The one who used to laugh a little louder. Speak a little bolder. Feel without filtering. Dream without doubting.

But here’s what no one tells you: She’s not gone. She’s just quiet.

And she’s waiting for you to stop abandoning her to belong to people who don’t even see you.

Journal Prompt: What parts of me did I silence to be accepted or understood?

When you’ve spent years being what everyone else needed, rediscovering who you are can feel confusing. Even terrifying.

You might not know what you like anymore. Or what feels good. Or who’s actually aligned versus who’s just familiar.

That’s okay. This version of you isn’t broken. She’s just raw. And raw is real.

Start small:

  • Wear what feels like you, not what they expect.
  • Move your body in ways that feel sacred, not punishing.
  • Say “no” when your soul screams it—even if your mouth shakes.

You don’t have to become a whole new version of you. You just have to stop betraying the real one that’s already there.

Journal Prompt: What’s one thing I can do this week that feels like coming home to myself?

You don’t find yourself in a day. You find yourself in the moments where you choose you again. In how you talk to your body. In how you care for your energy. In how you stop chasing love that asks you to shrink.

You’re not too far gone. You’re not behind. You’re not late.

You’re returning.
