Now let me be real—reflection time.
There were days I woke up in a fog. Immediately on edge. Reaching for my phone like it was oxygen.
And my peace? Gone before 9 a.m. Now I make sure my phone is on the charger on the other side of my room lol
But when I created rituals not routines, but rituals I remembered I had a say in how I felt.
Not because life got easier.
But because I got more intentional.
